pago por parte de la compa\u00f1\u00eda a\u00e9rea.<\/li>\n<li>Facturas o tickets de compra de gastos de primera necesidad (en caso de demora en la entrega del equipaje).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"block-reembolsos__item\">\r\n      <div class=\"block-reembolsos__item-question\">\r\n        <h3>REINTEGRO DE GASTOS POR VUELO DEMORADO<\/h3>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n      <div class=\"block-reembolsos__item-answer\">\r\n        <ul>\n<li>Constancia de la demora o cancelaci\u00f3n expedida por la compa\u00f1\u00eda a\u00e9rea.<\/li>\n<li>Facturas o tickets por los gastos provocados por la demora del vuelo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n      <h3>Ley de Solidaridad Social y Reactivaci\u00f3n Productiva en el Marco de la Emergencia P\u00fablica.<\/h3>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 36.- Ser\u00e1n pasibles del impuesto que se aprueba por la presente ley, los sujetos residentes en el pa\u00eds -personas humanas o jur\u00eddicas, sucesiones indivisas y dem\u00e1s responsables- que realicen alguna de las operaciones citadas en el art\u00edculo anterior. Si la operaci\u00f3n se realiza mediante tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito, de compra y\/o de d\u00e9bito, el impuesto alcanza a quienes sean sus titulares, usuarios, titulares adicionales y\/o beneficiarios de extensiones. No se encuentran alcanzadas por el presente impuesto las jurisdicciones y entidades comprendidas en el inciso a) y b) del art\u00edculo 8\u00b0 de la ley 24.156 y sus modificaciones y toda otra entidad de titularidad exclusiva del Estado Nacional, y sus equivalentes en los Estados provinciales, la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires y los municipios. Tampoco se encontrar\u00e1n alcanzadas por el presente impuesto las siguientes operaciones: a) Los gastos referidos a prestaciones de salud, compra de medicamentos, adquisici\u00f3n de libros en cualquier formato, utilizaci\u00f3n de plataformas educativas y software con fines educativos<\/p>\n<p>El tramite comenzar\u00e1 con el proceso de reintegro una vez que ingreses todos los datos requeridos en el sistema y adjuntes la documentaci\u00f3n requerida (formato aceptado PDF o JPG de hasta 2Mb de peso por cada archivo adjunto), presione el bot\u00f3n \u201cConfirmar Formulario\u201d y reciba un mail con un n\u00famero de Solicitud de Reintegros.<\/p>\n<p>Todos estos datos ingresados revestir\u00e1n el car\u00e1cter de declaraci\u00f3n jurada, asumiendo los pasajeros la total responsabilidad sobre la autenticidad y veracidad de los mismos, no siendo responsable UNIVERSAL ASSISTANCE S.A.U. en caso de que se incurra en la omisi\u00f3n, y\/o error al momento de la carga de
